Steven Meleco, CFP® CPFA®

Steven has been in financial services since 2007 and co-founded Meleco Wealth Management in 2007. He began his career working for Alliance Bernstein in White Plains, NY. He then was employed by Merrill Lynch, where he spent 2 years and eventually moved on to Mirae Asset Global Investments (USA). Here he oversaw domestic and international mutual fund, and hedge fund, portfolios valued at over $40 Billion. In 2013, Steven joined Wells Fargo Advisors as a Financial Advisor before eventually joining Rosemont Financial Group in 2023.

Steven has been able to use his experience as a Risk Manager in the selection of investment managers and individual equities to help clients pursue their goals while managing risk. He holds a Series 7 and 66 license registration through LPL Financial and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Steven has spent much of his life living in the Albany area with his wife Meaghan and their son. Being a big sports fan, he likes watching and playing soccer, basketball, and golf. He is a member of Shaker Ridge Country Club, and is a member of the Italian-American Community Center. He is also is a parishioner of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
